At Majestic Cellars, we work hard to offer competitive pricing on every product we sell. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized retailer, we will match it.
How It Works
Step 1: Find a Lower Price
Locate the identical product (same brand, model number, and condition) advertised at a lower price by an authorized US-based retailer.
Step 2: Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with:
- The product name and model number on our site
- The URL or screenshot of the competitor’s lower price
- Your contact information
Step 3: We Verify and Match
Our team will verify the competitor’s price within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will either:
- Match the price on your order, or
- Issue a refund for the difference if you already purchased from us (within 14 days of your purchase)
Eligibility Requirements
The price match applies when:
- The item is identical (same brand, model, color, and condition)
- The competitor is an authorized US-based retailer (not a marketplace seller or auction site)
- The item is in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website
- The lower price includes shipping and any applicable fees
Exclusions
Price matching does not apply to:
- Marketplace or third-party sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, etc.)
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidatiavailables
- Membership-only or loyalty-program pricing
- Bundle deals or offerings that include free items
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
- Used, refurbished, or open-box items
After-Purchase Price Protection
If you purchase from Majestic Cellars and find a lower price within 14 days, contact us and we will refund the difference.
